GATE 2017 Cut Off marks for each category & stream are given in table below as per which the qualifying status of candidates had been judged. GATE Minimum Qualifying marks 2017 for 2014, 2015, 2016 for some important streams are given below. There have been certain streams where the cut off remains same for the year.

There are several factors which decide the cutoff calculation for GATE exam. These include- number of candidates appearing in exam, vacancies as per stream and organizing institute.

Once the exam is conducted, you will come to know the cutoff list and cutoff rank for each stream. This is often declared after the full analysis of exam. Mostly, Cutoff of GATE 2017 exam is dependant on no. of appearing candidates. GATE 2017 exam is the most competitive paper for which the candidates start the preparations from 4 months ago and make sure they score best marks in exam.
